What Are Exosomes?
Pure Bone Marrow Exosomes Topical.
PBME Topical is a purified exosome product isolated from donated human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that contain growth factor (GF) proteins along with mRNA and miRNA, they are acellular, do not contain DNA and are the communication mediators between cells.
PBME Topical exosomes are isolated from living bone marrow donors in the US that have been fully screened and characterized to assure purity, quality and integrity of the cells and exosomes. Future Medical Products isolates and purifies the exosomes from the cells using a proprietary process and series of patented technologies. This process ensures the protection of the 3D structure of these proteins and exosomes to ensure bioactivity over the life of the product. Each donor is screened to the highest FDA standards. Every lot tested for purity and sterility, and the exosome quantity is determined with an advanced nano-particle counter to ensure the consistency of each vial. Minimum requirements for every lot are 10 billion exosomes, containing +1,000 characterized GFs, mRNA + miRNA. If these requirements aren’t met the lot is not used for commercial distribution. Future Medical Products’ cell line is listed on a drug master file with the FDA and has a full assay test on viruses that the FDA signs off on. The Phenotypes and Genotypes of parents of the donor are also established.

Why Future Medical Products
Visual: A 3-step diagram or infographic illustrating the three concurrent pathways. Clean, scientific style
Modulate Inflammation
Growth factors and exosomes work to shift the treatment environment from a chronic inflammatory state to one that supports healing and regeneration.
Reprogram and Protect Existing Cells
Bioactive signaling molecules recruit the patient’s own stem cells to the treatment site and lay down a host of key growth factors that support cell survival and proliferation.
Regenerate New Tissue
mRNA and miRNA carried by the exosomes deliver signals that promote new tissue formation and support the body’s natural regenerative capacity.
Comprehensive Safety Profile
Every lot of PBME Topical™ undergoes a full communicable disease testing panel and quality verification:
